Abseil down some of the most impressive canyons in Europe.  The secenery is breathtaking yet the canyons are accessible and relatively easy to visit with nothing more than regular mountain clothes and a bit of gumption.  Or, if your prefer something a little more relaxing, the walking routes of the Sierra de Guara are the perfect way to spend a day.
