The Somontano Wine Route, alive with the vibrant colours of summer, invites you to feel the magic of wine tourism through a wide range of activities created especially for you.
Visits to wineries, olive oil mills and dairies
The visits always include a tour of the facilities, allowing an insight into the processes behind making wine, olive oil and cheese and the fascinating personal histories of the people that create them. At the end of each visit a tasting of wine, oil or cheese is accompanied by comments from the guide.
Due to the limited place on tours and the possibility of variations in the spring timetable, it is ESSENTIAL to pre-book visits.

Olive Oil Tasting Courses
Ecostean, the first organic olive oil mill in Huesca, offers a chance to take part in a unique olive oil tasting. The course includes a visit to the mill and an explanatory video followed by a tasting allowing Discovery of the extraordinary quality of the oils of Somontano.

Cave Art and Visitor Centres
In addition to the Cave Art Visitor Centre in Colungo, make the most of a chance to enter the fascinating world of pre-history. A magnificent opportunity to visit three shelters with painted cave art within the River Vero Cultural Park, all with an experienced guide.
